Questions.
Do you sell on Faire?
Yes. You can order through Faire or directly. Direct accounts can apply for Net 30 after the first order.
Can you make a custom glaze for our company?
For larger gifting orders, yes. Tell us the colour and the number of pieces and we will say if it is possible and how long it takes.
What happens if a piece breaks in transit?
Send a photo of the piece and the box within 14 days and we send a replacement. Please keep the packaging until it is sorted.
How far ahead should we order for December?
For corporate gifts, at least six weeks. We publish the last order date each autumn: [SAMPLE DATE].
Is everything dishwasher safe?
The stoneware is. The maple board is hand-wash only, and the linen goes in the wash at 40°C.
